Awareness is fundamental to a balanced life, both on the mental and physical aspect. In Yoga lies the potential to integrate this awareness in movement and breath to your daily life, leading you to feel deeply connected to yourself and what matters for you.

It is just so nice to be ambitious and setting your goals high, I know that, but you should never ignore your needs and stop listening to yourself. Maybe it is time to slow down for a moment and feel what needs to be felt by unfolding both in your body, mind and spirit.

My Path:

In April 2024 I traveled all the way to India, the birthplace of traditional Yoga as we know it, to deepen my knowledge about the foundations of Yoga. After this intense experience of learning and practicing, I went back to my Hometown Berlin with my very own approach to it:



My approach to Yoga: For me Yoga is not only about to move your body, it is a way of expressing thoughts and feelings, and support inner balance. Of course your body will feel stronger after a regular Yoga practice, but it is even more surprising to experience this inner shift. After being surprised by myself over and over again, it is now my inner wish to share this warm and comforting feeling with others. Yoga can support you to find that nice and balanced feeling that is already within you and is just waiting to be unfold. Finding that inner peace and give yourself a well deserved rest from the daily life.
